An annual increase in Class I and Class III Tipping Fees at the Central Landfill is being moved ahead by one quarter. Rather than an April increase, garbage collection companies will see an increase in January.
Former Navarre resident Joseph Michael Mullikin, 30, is accused of sexually assaulting a child under the age of 12 nearly 16 months ago, according to Sheriff’s reports. Officials say he was arrested Tuesday, Nov. 22, held on $1 million bond in the Santa Rosa County Jail.
