A Texas woman is dead after falling off a vehicle on the Navarre Beach Bridge. According to a Florida Highway Patrol report, Jeanette Martinez, age 38 of Houston and Amber Morin, also of Houston, were riding on the outside of a 2011 Nissan Armada driven by Martinez’s husband, Pedro Martinez, Jr. Jeanette fell from the vehicle and landed in the roadway.
