Get your mind right
Get your mind right is a phrase I repeat over and over, both to my clients and to myself. Your mind has such power over everything you do, and you get to determine whether that will be a good thing or a bad thing. But, you have to train your mind – it is hardwired to react to things a certain way. If you have trained your mind to be negative and to operate in self-doubt, that is automatically where it is going to go. So, if that is the case you have to retrain it.

Brothers sentenced in pharmacy robberies
