In the wake of an accident that cost Holley Navarre Water System at least at a quarter of its sewage treatment capacity and more than $1 million in equipment damage, one manager has been terminated and another will retire.
Assisted living facility Navarre Gardens will be opening a second location as early as 2019, according to owners. The expansion comes less than a year after the facility opened its doors.
