Couples who sweat together…are sweaty. I could say stay together, though, and that would be just as appropriate. By now you’ve heard about studies that show you’re more likely to stay committed to working out if you have a partner. There are several out there. In one of those studies, the Department of Kinesiology at Indiana University followed 16 married couples and 32 married singles actually found that the dropout rate for the singles gym-goers was 37 percent higher. So science sayeth. Accountability and support are one of the biggest benefits of working out with your spouse without a doubt. But there are more!
