Navarre women set personal records in Couch-2-5K
A group of women in Navarre are gearing up for a new 5K race set for April 1. They meet twice a week together at the path on Navarre Beach and also run on their own twice a week, staying accountable through a Facebook group. The plan started with 15 minutes of alternating between jogging and walking and will work the group all the way up, over 12 weeks, to accomplishing a 5 mile run.
