Chick fil a brings on Superfood Salad, eliminates coleslaw

In an industry dominated by french fries as side items, Chick-fil-A® is the first fast food restaurants in the industry to add “superfoods” like kale and Broccolini®, to its menu. The phenomena began on Jan 18, the same day they eliminated coleslaw from the menu. However, to compensate for the lack of coleslaw, they have provided the coleslaw recipe online – and we have included it next to this article.

Holley Navarre Senior Center solves mystery

To a sold-out crowd on Feb. 6, the Holley Navarre Senior Center Mystery Dinner Theater group gave a rousing performance of the murder mystery “‘Pasta, Passion and Pistols.”  The center was transformed into a little Italian restaurant in Little Italy, N.Y. for the play.  Restaurant owner Pepi Roni was shot in the back and the patrons of the restaurant were left to figure out who was the murderer.

Blackwater WMA cleaning station set to reopen in fall

Starting next fall, the Blackwater River Wildlife Management Area will have a cleaning station again.

Eglin hospital delivers unprecedented, complete cardiac care

The doctor leaned in and described to Robert Hyde what he might feel during his medical procedure. Shortly thereafter, she made a small incision to his inner thigh area. During the half-hour process, the surgical team watched the large, live-view X-ray machine as the doctor guided a long, thin, flexible green tube though Hyde’s blood vessels until reaching the left side of his heart. She searched for the presence of problems with heart function that would prevent him from having corrective heart surgery.
