Local pastor charged with promoting, owning child porn
Agents with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement arrested William Dalton Milam, 62, of Milton, on two counts of promoting sexual performance of a child and 25 counts of possession of child pornography. Milam worked as a pastor at a church in Milton.
