Land development code discussed with zoning board

Santa Rosa County Planning and Zoning Director Shawn Ward educated the Zoning Board about proposed updates to the Land Development Code in a meeting March 18.

Board members from District 1, District 2, and District 5 were present at the meeting.

Shamrock Stroll becomes new Navarre Beach tradition

Navarre Beach was covered with green along Gulf Boulevard March 20 for the inaugural Shamrock Stroll. More than 100 people wore their green attire Saturday morning and dressed their dogs up as leprechauns for the 5K Fun Run/Walk, Pet Parade and Costume Contest put on by the Navarre Beach Area Chamber of Commerce.
