Hurlburt Field, Fla. -- Colonel Matthew Davidson took command of the 24th Special Operations Wing during an assumption of command ceremony Sept. 19.

“This is a job where, if you rely on the work you’ve done in a hospital strictly to get by, you will fail 9 times out of 10,” said Capt. George Salloum, flight surgeon with the 1 SOSS on Hurlburt Field.

It is hard to break through Capt. Arjun Rau’s and Master Sgt. Alberto Delgado’s storytelling techniques that are peppered with “training,” “teamwork,” and “I can’t talk about that.”

The club promotes firearm safety, familiarity and marksmanship among its patrons. "Our policy is to provide a safe and family friendly place," said William Walter, Air Force Special Operations Command program analyst, club chairman of membership advisory council and a 30-year member."
