New legislation offers students edge into workforce
Florida’s education system is providing students with more opportunities to gain a competitive edge into the job market. New legislation passed earlier this year allows high school students to earn a diploma while receiving college credits and industry certifications. The measure also expands the Career and Professional Education (CAPE) Act, which was sponsored in 2007 by Florida Senate President Don Gaetz.

The Amazing Shake teaches lesson of first impressions
