Back to school sales tax holiday starts July 24
Florida’s 2023-2024 Back-to-School Sales Tax Holiday is almost here! From Monday, July 24, to Sunday, Aug. 6, 2023, consumers can purchase qualifying back-to-school supplies exempt from tax. A second sales tax exemption period will begin Monday, Jan. 1, 2024, and extend through Sunday, Jan. 14, 2024.

Interact Club giving students a ‘fresh start’
Navarre High School has over 2,000 students. Some of those students come from economically disadvantaged backgrounds or might find themselves in a situation in which they need a hygiene product immediately.
The Fresh Start Initiative, which was launched by Navarre High School’s Interact Club, will help provide youth with access to needed hygiene products.
