State Attorney Bill Eddins announced today that Timothy Donald Helton, 43, of Navarre was convicted of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon causing great bodily harm and battery by a Santa Rosa County jury.

Four Pensacola teens were arrested on Jan. 13 in connection with a vehicle burglary on Navarre Beach.

Marc Jackson, 32, of Navarre was arrested Dec. 24 for burglary of an occupied residence, battery, resisting an officer without violence and resisting an officer with violence.

Kaysea Waite, 25, of Gulf Breeze was arrested Dec. 24 for domestic violence battery, criminal mischief and burglary after trying to deliver Christmas presents to her children.

Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s deputies responded to East Bay Boulevard in reference to a family disturbance complaint.

Joseph Canet, 36, of Navarre was arrested Dec. 26 for aggravated battery after allegedly cutting someone outside of Helen Back Again in Navarre.
