The Santa Rosa Sheriff’s Office was able to connect suspects arrested after robbing a Circle K store on Barrancas Avenue in Pensacola with two other Circle K robberies in the Milton area.
James Sousa, 49, of the 6800 block of Water Street in Navarre has been sentenced to one year of probation and a year’s suspension of his hunting license after pleading no contest to misdemeanor charges of cruelty and leaving a carcass.

MILTON — The person who severely beat two men in a Navarre home in 2011 was sentenced to life on Wednesday in Milton. Timothy Donald Helton was sentenced to life in state prison by Judge David Rimmer as a habitual felony offender and a prison release re-offender.
