Navarre man charged for imitation ‘cocaine’
Edgar Newton Doubleday, 19, of the 6900 block of Jasper Street in Navarre, was arrested June 4 on multiple charges, including a third-degree felony count of manufacturing, distributing or selling imitation drugs after witnesses said he mixed BC Powder and Anbesol to sell as “cocaine.”

Official: Summit fire result of arson
