A Pace man is behind bars on a charge of homicide that could cause death, after a domestic violence fight with his girlfriend. Terrance Davin Frazier, 30, of Florosa Court in Mary Esther is being held in Santa Rosa County for the armed robbery of a Dollar General Store, located at 9576 Navarre Parkway. Initially Frazier provided the Mary Esther address upon arrest but subsequently the new address he provided is in the 8200 block of Lucena Street in Navarre.

John Niven Cotner, age 26 of Mary Esther, gave deputies chase Monday afternoon after shoplifting several items from Walmart on Navarre Parkway. Deputies responded to the store after the asset protection department saw Cotner walk out of the store without paying for merchandise. They confronted him but he left the store.
