County leasing practices called unfair
“How unfair!” exclaimed Kim Macarthy, former Main Street Milton president, regarding a local non-profit organization receiving a 25-year lease from the Santa Rosa County Commission for a 5,000-square-foot historic building on Highway 90 in downtown Milton for a rate of only $10 per month and without a request for proposal process.
