Tax deeds now paperless
Effective Jan. 31, recorded tax deeds will no longer be stored in paper form, but will rather be paperless.
“Tax deeds will be all online,” said Donald Spencer, newly elected county clerk court. “People will be able to look at the tax deeds from home, any computer or at the branch office.”
