In addition, the PBH offers stunning sights and program educating and promoting butterflies. Santa Rosa County District 4 Commissioner Jim Melvin was recently awarded a special honor from the Pace Rotary Club. Melvin was awarded the honor of Paul Harris Fellow, which is designated to a person whose life demonstrates service above self, goodwill and peace through the improvement of health, the support of education and the alleviation of poverty.
