More than 20 mothers brought their babies to the Midway Fire station last Wednesday morning to help film a commercial raising awareness for A Safe Haven for Newborns.

The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) has investigated six reports of Formosan termites in Santa Rosa County during the first quarter of 2014. If the trend continues, the number of Formosan termite infestations would be 10 higher than last year’s total of 14.
