Navarre teen will perform in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade
Brendan Fallon, 16, of Navarre, will perform with the Macy’s Great American Marching Band during the 88th annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade on Nov. 27. Honoring America’s finest high school musicians, the band is comprised of select students from each of the 50 states.

Blue Angels help NAS Pensacola celebrate 100 years
Last weekend’s final airshow of the Blue Angels’ 2014 season had special meaning. Not only did a record-breaking crowd welcome the precision flight squadron back to their home base of NAS Pensacola, following cancellation of most of the team’s 2013 schedule due to sequestration cuts, but the event also served to recognize that installation’s centennial anniversary.
