The end of the first week of Waste Pro once-a-week trash collection in the south end of the county was complicated by a storm that pummeled the area Saturday.
With more visitors comes more maintenance problems, trash and unauthorized use of business dumpsters. This past month it has also brought more deliberate vandalism to a few structures managed by the Tourist Development Organization.
