Santa Rosa County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for the new Amazon distribution center Jan. 11. During Site Leader Steve Mitchell’s short introductory speech at the ribbon cutting, he called the location a “last mile” distribution, meaning they deliver up to an hour and a half to two hours away maximum.
