According to plans submitted to Santa Rosa County Development Services, the building will feature four garage doors and an office space.
One part of the building, which contains a 500 square foot garage/storage area, appears to be taller than the 600 square foot part which contains the office space.
The building will be located at 3432 Highway 87 S, in Holley near Emerald Coast Wildlife Refuge.
