These days it seems that many people are running around, just trying to survive the day, being a slave to the day’s to-dos. We get up, rush to get to it, possibly do some more rushing and almost certainly some mind-numbing tasks, come home, eat food that damages our bodies, get entertained by things that numb our feelings and then go to bed and get ready to do it all over again.
