PAWS empties the kennels, finds 138 pets new homes
Panhandle Animal Welfare Society adopted out many cats and dogs during their Empty the Shelter event. The event waived all adoption fees and formal applications were not required from March 3 through 15.
Bailey is one of 138 dogs and cats who found new homes in early March during PAWS’ Empty the Shelter event.
