Berryhill Admin Complex on borrowed time

Relocating Santa Rosa County’s Exceptional Student Education (ESE) administrative offices will cost roughly $3.8 million according to documentation presented to the Santa Rosa County School Board Thursday, July 7.
The current Berryhill Administrative Complex’s days are numbered as the School Board will vote July 21 to purchase a replacement location. Drainage issues have caused damage to the floor structure and foundation.
