The City of Gulf Breeze is making its desire known to have multi-use paths for pedestrians and bicycles along both the northbound and southbound bridges as part of the new Pensacola Bay Bridge project. The City Council voted unanimously June 16 to authorize Mayor Beverly Zimmern to sign a letter that would be submitted to the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT).
About 150 people turned out June 10 for a public hearing about the Pensacola Bay Bridge project.
