A former pharmacist at Gulf Breeze Wal-Mart arrested last March on drug charges now faces insurance fraud.
Raine Webb Roberts, 46, was arrested on the additional count Dec. 18 after turning herself in at the Okaloosa County Department of Corrections. Roberts was originally arrested after police said she took thousands of Hydrocodone pills using forged prescriptions.
Roberts is scheduled to appear before First Judicial Circuit Judge John L. Miller on Jan. 23 for one count of grand theft, one count of drug possession without a prescription and one count of writing unlawful prescriptions for $1,000 or more. The insurance fraud charge has not been formally filed.
