Paralysis doesn’t stop Scooter the Chihuahua

SAN ANTONIO (AP) — Malcolm Clements watched as a 2-year-old Chihuahua with paralyzed hind legs zipped along the halls of the Animal Care Services clinic in a customized wheelchair.
Scooter uses the wheelchair Malcolm and Gini Clements made for him at their home where they foster several other dogs available for adoption in Live Oak on Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013.
