Okaloosa officials grilled over tourism fraud

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) — Florida lawmakers grilled Okaloosa County officials on Monday about how their tourism director managed to spend more than $1.4 million in tax and BP oil spill grant money on a home, yacht and other luxury items.
