The Santa Rosa County Commission approved spending up to $600,000 for a Navarre Community Access Road project development and environment study last week with no fanfare.
Commissioners didn’t discuss the item at their Jan. 9 committee meeting, forwarding it to the Jan. 12 regular meeting’s consent agenda without objection. The expenditure passed as part of the consent agenda at the regular meeting.
