Decline in blue crab? Depends on who you ask

Every morning, Michael Farrell comes out of his home on the north side of the Santa Rosa Sound to check on and rebait his crab traps that sit underneath his dock.

Over the past few months, he has noticed a significant decline in the amount of blue crab that he has caught.
