5 All-Natural Ways To Lower Blood Pressure

A recent study conducted by the Rush University Medical Center, Chicago, found that lowering a person’s target blood pressure could be lifesaving. High blood pressure was defined as a systolic pressure of 140mmHg (millimeter of mercury) or greater, and the heart produces systolic pressure when it contracts. However, the study suggests that the target should be lower.
