Recently I attended a health and fitness conference and I was blown away by the simplicity of the phrase that is my headline today. The speaker was talking about how the home is the center of health, which is absolutely true - in many ways. I’ve been thinking about it quite a bit as we all prepare to send our littlest ones back to school in the next few weeks. The home is the center of health in three key areas.

Major Christopher Watson of the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office was one of 30 criminal justices executives who graduated Aug. 4 from Florida Department of Law Enforcement’s (FDLE) Executive Leadership Seminar in Tallahassee. The graduates in Class Five serve in leadership roles and represent criminal justice agencies from across the state, according to an FDLE press release.
