Doctor shares healthy cooking tips

DSC_0078Dr. Erika Schneider from Baptist Medical Group and SoGourmet Pensacola teamed up June 26 to offer a a delicious and guilt-free cooking class.

Schneider, a self-described “foodie,” shared her recipes and cooking techniques for homemade pasta and salmon with about 30 people who attended the event.
