This year, voters throughout much of Santa Rosa County and parts of Okaloosa County will decide between incumbent state Rep. Nathan Boyles and his Democratic challenger Ingrid Wadsworth.
A microbiologist by trade, Wadsworth entered the race at the behest of friends and others in the community. According to state records, she filed to run May 28.
