The tale of two judges lives on in dedication of law library

The law library at the Santa Rosa County Courthouse has a new name. On Thursday, June 1, county officials, lawyers, judges and many others attended the dedication of the law library in honor of former judges Colie Nichols Jr. and Woodrow Melvin. The two judges played prominent roles in Santa Rosa County’s judicial history.
