Ten people allegedly tied to an illegal commercial fishing operation involving the poaching of fish, shrimp and turtles along Florida’s Gulf Coast have been arrested, Attorney General James Uthmeier and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission announced Monday.
