Charter Communications announced it has completed its previously announced transaction with Cox Communications, along with the acquisition of Liberty Broadband Corp. Charter operates as Spectrum.
According to the company, these transactions create the leading broadband and video company in the nation and the fastest-growing mobile provider in its footprint.
