Meet the staff of Reliable Land Title

Buying a new home is one of life’s most gratifying and expensive experiences. As homebuyers approach the big day of closing, however, the legal and financial details can be complicated and overwhelming.

Do not overlook one of the most important steps in the entire process – the purchase of title insurance on your home.

The trusted and experienced team at Reliable Land Title Corporation is here to insure the title to the home you are buying is legally sound.

Cheryl Fike has worked at Reliable Land Title for four months but has lived in the Navarre area since 1993. She is a License Title Agent at Reliable, which means she works hand in hand with the agents and lenders to prepare the paperwork for closing.

Originally from Aurora, Colorado, Cheryl loves camping, diving, riding her motorcycle and riding ATVs in her spare time. She has three Shih Tzus – Bear, Candie and EMO, who is named after her mother’s initials.

Her favorite part of her job is helping people close on their dream home and/or sell or refinance at these amazingly low rates.

“I believe that it is important for people to feel confident that their most important purchase in their lifetime will be handled professionally and, most importantly, correctly,” Cheryl said.

Naomi O’Connor is the Closing Assistant to Cheryl Fike. She has been a part of the Reliable team since November of last year. She has lived in the Navarre area for 10 years now. Naomi gathers all the information that is needed for the file from the buyers/sellers/realtors/surveyors/termite company etc. and then hands it off to Cheryl to do her part and close the file.

Originally from Portland, Texas, Naomi loves going to sporting events with her family, especially when they’re rooting on the FSU Seminoles. She has four Boston terriers. Yes, four. Their names are Axl, Bay, Duke and Einstein.

She says titleinsuranceprotects your money if it turns out the seller didn’t legally have the right to sell the property in the first place.

Her favorite part of her job is her co-workers. She says they all work together as a team and are always willing to help no matter how busy they are.

Naomi is a strong advocate for Reliable.

“You always want to work with companies that are trusted and have a good reputation in town,” she said. “That means they are doing something right, it provides stability for you as an employee, and makes you feel proud that you have the privilege of working at such a great place.”

Reliable Land Title has two offices, one at Harvest Village in Navarre and another in Pensacola at 600 South Palafox Street. Their commitment to homebuyers and the community is long-term.

“We pledge to serve our area with devotion and dedication, one property at a time,” said co-owner Scott Parsons.
