Santa Rosa Sheriff’s Office deputies called to Crescent Wood Road in Navarre on March 11 arrived to find four pit bulls and two men on a flat-bed trailer armed with wood boards. One of the dogs was snarling and barking and the men appeared afraid, the deputy noted.
