Grassroots movement calls for impact fee revival

As growth continues to strain infrastructure across Santa Rosa County, residents of Pace are echoing cries by south county residents to make developers shoulder more of the burden.

More than 50 residents along Woodbine Road in Pace gathered Feb. 21 for the first meeting of Santa Rosa Voters Against Overcrowded Roads and Schools (Voters Against).
