Local vet organizes community cleanup day

You can’t spell community without unity, and for Joe Cooper, a retired Air National Guardsman, that’s what he is all about.

Cooper has called Navarre home for the past year and is the organizer of the 2024 Spring Clean-up and Navarre Citizen’s Social, which will be held Saturday, Feb. 10, starting at 10:30 a.m.

Joe Cooper is the organizer of the Navarre Community Cleanup.
