Milton Housing Authority will open the Section 8/HCV waiting list on June 23, 2025. APPLICATIONS WILL BE ONLINE ONLY. There will be a link on the website www. miltonhousing. org to apply. The waiting list will be open from 8: 00 a. m. CDT Monday June 23 until 4: 00 p. m. CDT Thursday June 26, 2025. Your position on the waiting list will be based on the date and time of the online application submission. It will take two to four weeks for applications to be processed.
