TO: STEPHEN E. COTTON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEPHEN E. COTTON; TENANT # 1; All UNKNOWN PARTIES claiming by and through, under, and against the herein named Defendant, STEPHEN E. COTTON, who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties claiming an interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimant, if any; and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property described herein.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced against you to Foreclose a Claim of Lien for unpaid Assessments owed to the Plaintiff on the following real property, lying and being situated in Santa Rosa County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 12, Block 110, Of First Corrected and Amended Plat of Holley By The Sea, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book C, Page 166, of the Public Records of Santa Rosa County, Florida.
