            YOU ARE NOTIFIED  that an action to Reform Deeds and to Quite Title on  the following described real property in  Santa Rosa County, Florida:

A PARCEL OF LAND LYING IN SECTION 41, TOWNSHIP 5 NORTH; RANGE 29 WEST, SANTA ROSA COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 3, OF A SUBDIVISION OF SAID SECTION 41, AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK “Q”, AT PAGE 151 OF THE RECORDS OF SANTA ROSA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND RUN SOUTH, A DISTANCE OF 660.00 FEET; THENCE EAST, A DISTANCE OF 127.96 FEET TO THE EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF S ALABAMA STREET, AND THE POINT OF BEGINNING, FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING RUN NORTH 21 DEGREES 20 MINUTES 11 SECONDS EAST ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY, A DISTANCE OF 117.50 FEET; THENCE LEAVING SAID RIGHT OF WAY RUN SOUTH 87 DEGREES 43 MINUTES 29 SECONDS EAST, A DISTANCE OF 330.39 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 02 DEGREES 12 MINUTES 35 SECONDS WEST, A DISTANCE OF 141.00 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN O.R. BOOK 3864, PAGE 1073; THENCE NORTH 87 DEGREES 43 MINUTES 29 SECONDS WEST, A DISTANCE OF 379.27 FEET TO A 1/2″ IRON PIPE, AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID PROPERTY AND THE EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF S ALABAMA STREET; THENCE NORTH 21 DEGREES 20 MINUTES 11 SECONDS EAST ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY, A DISTANCE OF 31.68 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTAINING 1.15 ACRES, MORE OR LESS.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Jack Locklin, Jr., the plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 4557 Chumuckla Highway,  Pace, FL  32571, on or before  October 4, 2021, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
