NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 13, 2020 and entered in Case No. 2019-CA-000342 in the Circuit Court of the 1st Judicial Circuit in and for Santa Rosa County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE OF THE CHALET SERIES IV TRUST, is Plaintiff, and MANNY B. SALOMONE A/K/A MANNY SALOMONE; JENNIFER SALOMONE; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF THE CWHEQ INC., HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSEST-BACKED CERTICATES, SERIES 2006-S5; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE and  UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A BERNARD BACULI, are the Defendants. The clerk of the court, Donald Spencer, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://santarosa.realforeclose.com on December 22, 2020 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOT 13, BLOCK 3, SECOND ADDITION TO NAVARRE, A SUBDIVISION OF A PORTION OF SECTIONS 8, 17 AND 20, TOWNSHIP 2 SOUTH, RANGE 26 WEST, SANTA ROSA COUNTY, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK C AT PAGE 31 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SAID COUNTY.

and commonly known as: 8434 Sevilla Street, Navarre, FL 32566

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
