For $75 a year, people can receive a 3 x 5 American Flag to be displayed in their yard. The display service, provided by Kiwanis, includes installation and removal of the flag before and after each holiday.
Flag display periods include President’s Day, Memorial Day, Flag Day, Juneteenth and Fourth of July, Labor Day through 9/11 and Veteran’s Day.
Along with the flag, people who participate will receive a 10’ metal pole and one PVC pole holder.
The annual fee is due upon signing the agreement. The contracting Kiwanian will submit payment to the Flag Chairperson or Treasurer along with a copy of the agreement. Checks should be made payable to “Kiwanis.”
All proceeds will go toward Kiwanis projects designed to improve the lives of children and the community.
