Florida right-to-work law means little change from court ruling

While a U.S. Supreme Court ruling could have major impact on the funding of public sector unions in many states, existing Florida laws mean the decision will likely have little consequence here.

In Janus v. AFSCME (American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees), the high court June 27 struck down laws in some states that required nonunion public-sector employees to pay union dues.
