FHP making hit and run awareness a priority in February

Throughout the month of February, Florida Highway Patrol is promoting a campaign to let drivers know that if they are involved in a crash, they should “stay at the scene.”
Florida Highway Patrol is using the month of February to raise awareness of hit and run crashes. According to the agency, there were 104,273 hit and run crashes in 2023.
